root disk failure

i'm trying to write the color image root disk for Slackware 9 but keep coming up with two problems

1) If using RAWRITE in dos prompt i get an "attempt to DMA across 64k boundary" error message and the write fails.

2) If using RAWRITEXP in Windows the image is only written to one disk so when the install ask for the other root disks i don't have them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
