Problem HD 2500 on Slackware 14.2

First of all is a pleasure to join this community .
Problem with VGA and video ind KDE Slackwre 14.2 on Hardware Intel Core I5 I3330.
The system installation was made from scratch to try to check if it was a problem when upgrading from version 14.1 to current .
Tests were carried out with different versions of operating systems , Kali linux, debian , ubuntu, windows .
In tests conducted in Kali , debian and ubuntu the problem persisted and I can say that even worse than the current system. In windows the problem does not occur.
Problem / difficulty :
When you drag a window edges just seem to be squared by the monitor , giving to see the formation of the next location where you will be staying or a small line at the place where she was.
I made a little video ( 3mb ) And I used Kali for video rec , however the problem is the same. So you can see what I am trying to describe .

The facility is clean, has not made changes in the kernel , it was not installed any other video driver.

I can't really see the problem in the video, but the way you're describing it sounds similar to a problem I had with Intel graphics and KDE 4. In my case, window edges left an artifact on the screen when minimized. The workaround was to change the desktop effect for minimizing windows in the KDE system settings. So you may try disabling some of those effects, or turning off desktop effects altogether, and see if that helps.

thank you for respond my topic.
first test: disable the themes.
result: and problems persist
Disable the effects not changed the errors in the window.
The error is only in horizontal line.
if i change the size the window for the top or for de down not see the line pixel.
if drag window up top or down dont have problem. if draging the window left or right ... the problem is visible
Sorry my english, i am Brasileiro and study for learn your language.
