Installing Slackware 11 on Proliant 2500: no harddisks found

Hi,

I'm trying to install Slackware 11 on a Proliant 2500 with 128 MB RAM, and though it find the SCSI controller, it doesn't find any SCSI disks although there are 4 present. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Thanks.

Not sure if this may be of help, I have a proliant 1850R and the followings installed successfully:
-Fedora 5 and 6
-Solaris 10
-NT 4 and Windows 2000 Server
-Beos 5.1
-Redhat 9
-Turbo Cluster 4

Most likelly any fedora install would run fine. Could never get the network to run on beos.

On slackware, suse and debian, had scsi issues, so I just passed, but I may try again in the future.
