pidgin trouble after upgrading to pango from current


bash-3.1$ pidgin
pidgin: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libpangocairo-1.0.so.0: undefined symbol: cairo_surface_has_show_text_glyphs

what should I do?

i uninstalled new version and installed old one from SlackDVD.
Is there any eazy way to downgrade a package?

Well there is a warning with -current that you can't use -current packages on earlier versions.

Install and configure slackpkg (probably already installed).

Make sure it's pointed at a 12.2 mirror then run
Code:
slackpkg update
slackpkg upgrade-all
