Pavucontrol will not show applications for audio adjustment.

I needed pulseaudio to get sound in Lightspark working, but I run into a problem. Sound works but the applications will not show up in pavucontrol. And mumble does not even give me the option to run pulseaudio, which it should cause I have it installed, am I missing something?

Also it only plays sound from one sound source
