partitions


I got the next message before starting to install :

"they dont seem to be any partition on this machine of type linux native"

but I already create bouth, one of swap and the other one of linux native...Why the system doesnt recognize the partition if there is one created?

please help me to solve this problem

Did you write the changes, after making them?

yes, and they appear at the partition list...they dont have the boot option enable, I dont know if this has to be enable.

Did you reboot after writing the partition table changes?

What sort of harddrive setup are you working with?

you'll have to set the partition id to 83 ( linux )
or 82 ( linux swap).

you can do that with fdisk.
