On a web page text boxes misaligned

Not sure if this is the right forum for this post.

Trying to create a medical alert card on the site https://www.onelifeid.com

On an up to date Slackware 14.2 running kde4 all the text boxes on the virtual card are in the correct positions.

On an up to date Slackware 14.2+ running kde5 (ktown) the text boxes on the virtual card are badly misaligned. It's as though the text boxes are too tall.

On an up to date Kubuntu 18.04 running kde5 the text boxes on the virtual card are badly misaligned. It's as though the text boxes are too tall.

I tried googling this, but I don't get any hits either because I'm the first or because I can't accurately describe the problem in a few words.

Any suggestions as to where I should report this or any suggestions to what's causing the problem or as to how it can be fixed.

I've attached an example that contains good and bad.

How are you generating the table/card image?

Old school would be HTML tables, which really would be obsolete today if it did not come in so handy at times.
More modern would be well crafted CSS and XHTML without HTML tables.

Done right the dependencies are all on the browser CSS and HTML handling, and not at all on the window manager.

Probably default browser css styles changed. You must set all appropriate styles explicitly, and not rely on default values.

Is this using KDE's web browser or a different browser? But based on your post, I'm guessing this is Konqueror (or Dolphin... I can never remember which one is the actual browser and which is the file manager), and it seems whatever they're using in Plasma5 is breaking that site since it occurs on both Slackware and Kubuntu. This would probably be best taken up with KDE devs as it's unlikely something related to compiling/packaging if it's happening with both ktown and kubuntu.
