If I am not mistaken that is part of Gnome? Maybe you should check out the GSB project. http://gnomeslackbuild.org/

You will probably have some difficulty getting this to work without Gnome. I have found the source for the python library here which I built on a GSB system (which obviously has Gnome). The GSB project has no versions of the library available. I first had to install libcroco as that is a dependency which is available here. Even when it all had built successfully there is still a python error reported when i try and import the module so somethings still not right. I have managed to get Openerp to work on an Ubuntu system (with all dependencies and postgres) but not on my GSB or a non Gnome Slackware system.
