Just a guess: Patrick is releasing updates of the Python packages of which he has already checked the compatibility with the soon_to_be_released new Python version
My work on the new Plasma6 for Slackware finally reached a level that I am OK with. I have uploaded a new KTOWN Live ISO image based on liveslak-1.8.1 and it contains a fully functional KDE Plasma6 Beta2 release.
You may recall Eric (a.k.a. alienBob) provided and maintained KDE 5 years before it was added to Slackware.
With a few small modifications you can very well compile it yourself, plama-6.0, with Eric's ktown, it works very well here,
and with the 'qt6-6.6.2' package de current.

every attempt of upgrading system ends with error

!!! F A T A L !!!
Slackware repository does NOT contain the Official GPG-KEY
You SHOULD disable GPG Strict check 'STRICTGPG=off'
in /etc/slackpkg/slackpkgplus.conf
slackpkg update gpg generates the error
