I don't believe in a Slackware-15.0 on the 17th...

For Rust,
https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/bl...580-2022-01-13
=> more or less "stabilized things", nothing weird

For Python3
https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-3910/
Code:
Note: The release you're looking at is Python 3.9.10, a bugfix release for the legacy 3.9 series.

Yeah, pretty much there. Hopefully there's still time for one last tweak to that xterm app-defaults setup before it's set in stone.

Now is the right time to subscribe to slackware-announce for newbies like me.

P.S. Since the last upgrade (~6 hours ago) both i586 and x86_64 run just fine.

Good idea. I regularly click on and read the slackware-current changelog to keep up to date with Slackware development.
