Konsole menubar off top of screen

I've just opened a Konsole window in KDE (Slackware64 14.2). The menubar is off the top of the screen. I don't know how/why that happened, but now I cannot resize the window because I can't reach the menu bar. I've tried various keyboard shortcuts Alt-space R, Alt-F8 and other suggestions I've found on the web. None work, they seem to pass the characters through to stdin. Alt-F4 does close the window.

How can I move the console window? How can Iget Konsole to open inside the physical screen?

Something to try: place your mouse cursor over at the very edge of the konsole window so you have either the horizontal or vertical resize arrow cursor, right-click, then choose "more actions/move" and drag the titlebar back into view.

You can also ALT-Left Click-Hold anywhere in an application window and re-position the window.

Are you in full screen mode? <F11> toggles full screen mode.

That did it! I never came across this one in my searches. I must be a bad searcher!

Also one can specify the default size and location in ... well here it is from the KDE Forum

It's not quite as variable as, say ETerm, but some think ETerm is overkill and Konsole is quite sufficient for most folks.
