as i said it's not a simple thing to do, and i woudn't try it on
a system i need for work or home use.
also what do you expect from such an operation ?
things won't be faster or " better " in any way and it's
possible that other programs won't work anymore.
( i don't know, i never tried it )
also, if you read some more at LFS, you'll see that the kernel-headers
they use are not the full set that comes with the sources from kernel.org.
so just copying them from the source tree to the /usr/include dir.
is not the right thing to do imo.
if you still want to try, better make a second Slackware install on another
partition and try and see how it goes.
(....and maybe report the results here. it would be interesting anyway
).
