Error: cannot find your compressed IMG files!...

I'm trying to get M-Dist v0.1 to work but I'm having problems booting up the iso. This version is based on Slackware 9.1.

From what I can see before the error is this output:

RAMDISK: Compressed image found at block 0
Freeing initrd memory: 3107k freed
EXT2-fs warning: checktime reached, running e2fsck is recommended
VFS: Mounted rot (ext2 filesystem).
Mounted devfs on /dev
Freeing unused kernel memory: 148k freed

linuxrc-start

creating root filesystem in /mnt
mounting al available CDs
mounting other discs (ro)
m-dist subdirectory is /

ERROR!:

cannot find your compressed IMG files! Maybe you are trying to start the m-dist from unsupported CDROM drive (scsi?)) Or you entered wrong livecd_subdir= parameter?

I'm running a basic IDE ATA cd-rom drive.

There is no /var directory, no logs. Any ideas? The boot seems to go fine and then it can't find the IMG files after is set the m-dist subdirectory to /.

The only curious files in the filesystem are liblinuxlive and linuxrc. I can cat them, but no scroll lock doesn't work nor do I have a less command, so I can read them all.

My cmdline in /proc is
max_loop=255 initrd=initrd.gz init=linuxrc livecd_subdir=/ load_ramdisk=1 prompt_ramdisk=0 ramdisk_size=8888 root=/dev/ram0 rw BOOT_IMAGE=bImage

Any ideas?

Not really a Slackware problem, but is 'BOOT_IMAGE=bImage' correct? Perhaps it should be bzImage.
