Hi
Sorry I don't have time to read all 40+ pages in this thread.
Can someone point me to info how to donate?
Slackware.com really needs to be updated with some relevant and uptodate information.
The only contact is for info and security there.
I would prefer to send a cheque by mail as that gives Pat 100% of the donation.
I can do Paypal if this is only option right now, but I will never use Patreon since they are censoring free speech.
Btw, would be cool to get a CD box signed by Pat for 2019, so I could put it beside my Slackware 3.3 double-box set which is still on my shelf and will remain there as long as I am alive. (Sorry Pat I didn't use that 3.3 much and instead fell for Mandrake - I was young and foolish back then )
There's a lot of information included in the OP, including different methods on how to donate.

I'm going to insist on another release before I offer any more cash. Either that or one of my requests for -current gets actioned, cash is waiting either way, come on you know you can do it :-).
Also, hoping the people who ran the store will be paying Patrick what he is owed. But that would likely take lawyers, and lawyers cost money. It worries me.
Nice! I see that someone made the effort to load my Plasma5 packages onto Slackware 14.2 in order to create that screenshot. Makes it all the more relevant to get that added eventually to -current ;-)
May I suggest that this thread gets sticky-ed? This way it will be easy to find for anyone browsing the Slackware forum.
I wish I could help more, but I did sent a small contribution, of course not nearly enough thanks for the distro running my desktops since almost 15 years.

When browsing a forum the stickies are one of the first things I avoid. I think in many cases they're counterproductive. I didn't even realise that the stickies on the Slackware forum were still being contributed to till after a few weeks of being here.
