You cd-rw SCSI emulation should be with either device scd0 or scd1, depending on your hardware configuration (how many cd writer devices do you have?). I only have one cd writer so it is scd0. In my kernel boot parameters I have hdc=ide-scsi to show that my first cd device (hdc) is my writer. I also created a symbolic link using the console command: ln -sf /dev/scd0 /dev/cdrom, as this is the usual naming convention for the cd. Then in the table /etc/fstab, I have an entry:

/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom iso9660 noauto,user,rw 0 0

as I want to mount the cd writer to the directory /mnt/cdrom.
This should do it for you.
