Question Bluetooth startup control problem

Hello all.
I apologize if this is old and resolved issue but I couldn't find the right solution.
The thing is: when my ThinkPad x201i boots up or wake from hibernation, Bluetooth is always on even if I turned it off before. I've set in /etc/bluetooth/main.conf:
InitiallyPowered = false
RememberPowered = true
but it obviously doesn't work.
Of course, I can manage BT by my bash scripts, rfkill (and I do so) but I think it's a wrong way.
Has anyone ideas about how to fix this bluetoothd issue?
Slackware 14.1, kernel 3.7.10.

Thanks, Alex.

Consider blacklisting the btusb module in /etc/modprobe.d/ eg /etc/modprobe.d/20-blacklist.conf
Code:
blacklist btusb

ferrari, thanks for your help, but it did no effect.
May be, should look at module sources.

I found a bug report indicating a kernel regression

https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60697

Comment #25 onwards suggest a patch was created which fixed the issue, so probably fixed in a later kernel.
