Not that I know of. I'm still trying to find a good benchmark prog that doesn't require wine or money...

The only 'benchmark' that comes with Slackware is glxgears. The other possibility is UT, but that ain't free...

The Quake III demo is free, but won't test newer OpenGL features of course.

There are a number of open source OpenGL games out there.

Don't forget Wolfenstein Enemy Territory is free. Haven't tried it with my newly working 9600XT yet, though.

Never tried quake3 but i play Wolf with tc:e and it runs ok I just wondered if there was any way to benchmark the system. And post results here.

i just spent since saturday upgrading to 2.6.21.3, i still have 2.4.29 and the ati flx seems to still work great under that. but can't seem to get it working on the new kernel...

a host of problems that have to be resolved
