Asking for a few changes in upcoming 14.1

1) Please, upgrade CUPS in -current to 1.7. It has many bugfixes and support for more printers, including mine

2) Please, upgrade Mesa to 9.2.x and add kernel 3.11/3.12 to /testing. Definitely, AMD Radeon owners will be grateful

3) Again, i'm asking for adding qt5 at least in /extra or /testing. Qt5 is stivingly becoming popular among developers, and, approximately, in half of the year after the release, Slackware 14.1 might nonsupport some popular software, which is currently migrating to qt5

I don't think CUPS request is not suitable for 14.1 as this requests has been addressed on other topic

About Mesa, it's a major release, and it was too late to include it on 14.1 as well, but you could use the SlackBuild script to build MESA by your own. I think for the kernel config for 3.11 and 3.12 is still doable, but that depends on Pat

Qt5 has been addressed on other topic as well
