Apache SSL Server

Hello Everybody!

How do I start an apache ssl server in Slackware 12.1? rc.httpd startssl does not seem to work anymore and I can't find any official information regarding this.

Apache stopped using the "startssl" rc call a few versions ago. All the ssl stuff is in the .../httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf file and ssl gets automatically run if things are set. I'm not sure where httpd gets installed in Slack though.

Thanks for the information. Actually, I've been using Debian for the past while and it uses different directories and commands to set up Apache, which I am farmiliar with. Now that I'm returning to Slackware after the Debian hiatus, I'm trying to migrate back and trying to figure out where everything is.
