do you mean the tabs? you can try turning them off in the '~/.fluxbox/init' file. i think you need to edit this line 'session.screen0.tabs.intitlebar: true/false' (you may need to restart FB to see the changes), although it doesnt seem to work sometimes so maybe try to right-click on the windows titlebar and see if there is anything in ther that relates to tabs.
There is an option about the tabs or titlebars either in the configure menu or the actual window menu. I'm not at my machine right now so I can't say exactly where it is but you can reach it in one of those menus.
It's hard to tell from the screen capture, but I'm also assuming you mean the tabs. From your Fluxbox menu, go to fluxbox menu / Configure / Tab Options / Tabs in Titlebar <= this setting toggles the display of the tab. You can also change where it displays, go to fluxbox menu / Configure / Tab Options / Placement.
