When I was running Windows 98 I was getting abouy 1mps now I get like 123kbs. I know this isn't that slow but I would be very happy if got my old speed. What is it slowing it down? My provider is Comcast Im using a Netgear PC Card on my laptop. I think is 32 bit card. Any suggestions?[SIZE=3][FONT=times new roman][COLOR=darkblue]

Why is my internet slower?
