Sound config on red hat nash

I just installed red hat "nash" and I have no sound.

I think red hat uses the arts sound program.

The other distros I have tried have used alsa and when there was a problem typing "alsaconfig" in a console with root prompt has always fixed the sound.

Does arts have a similar setup utility I can try?

Or maybe I can dump arts and install alsa,it has always worked on my box?

Thanks for any help.
