RH Linux ES licensing

hi,

just wondering, can't seem to find it anywhere on the website.. If i buy a RH ES license, can I install that RH ES on more than 1 computer/server ? Is that legal?

And if I can do that, how about updates? Guess I won't be able to do these on more than 1 server, can I?

Ps: it's not fun that HP for example gives server monitoring agents but only supplies .rpm's for some specific RH (and other linux distro's) versions..
