nForce Problems (RH9)

I'm fairly new to linux, and i'm having issues with my sound nforce2 soundcard now working under linux, well it prolly does work but i only use SPDIF so i need the nforce drivers installed for that. The nvnet driver works

But the nvaudio doesn't

My other problems are my ATi driver compiled with warnings :S how do i find out if OpenGL is installed.
