Newbie Package Manager Question for RH WS

We recently purchased a couple of RedHat Enterprise WS at work for some Alienware laptops.

A long-time gentoo user, I am giving RedHat another try.

Is there no package manager like portage, yum, or apt for RedHat enterprise?

I am so used to emerge packageX. Is RPM the only tool included?

Also, I am very sed to using the gentoo forums for help - is there an equivalent RedHat Enterprise WS forum?

Thanks for any tips....

Thanks Lenard -

That helped.

Up2date does not contain everything I need - for example I need Subversion. Is there an easy way to get subversion (e.g. emerge svn), or should I just go get some rpms from RPMFind.net and install them?

I know how to compile and install whatever I need - I am just trying to clarify the "easy/standard approach" for RHEL WS....

Thanks again for your help
