I have recently installed RHEL 4 on my Emachines 6805 Laptop. If I boot up my machine with the power cable connected, then unplug the cable after it is booted up, it freezes. This also happens if I boot up with the ethernet cable connected, then disconnect it. Any ideas how to fix this?
