Install VMWare Tools on Redhat 8.0 Psyche

I'm attempting to install VMWare tools on a RedHat 8.0 VM however it is missing "kernel-headers" and fails to finish installing. From my my research, it's actually missing the "kernel-devel" not the headers.

I don't see the RPM on the CD for "kernel-devel" and I'm at a loss for what I should do.

Check here or here. It has all 5 iso's plus a bunch of source rpms.

You have no idea how long I've searched for a website containing that. Thank you!

For some reason I'm still having issues and I'm hoping you could help! I'm trying to install the VMWare tools but it still cannot find the kernel-devel. I've extracted the RPM using the beginning of the following guide:
http://www.virtfoundry.com/blog/?p=20

Then I tried installing VMWare tools and it tried pointing it to the extracted directory, it but it says it still cannot find a valid kerel header path.

Quote:
Searching for GCC...
Detected GCC binary at "/usr/bin/gcc".
The path "/usr/bin/gcc" appears to be a valid path to the gcc binary.
Would you like to change it? [no]

Searching for a valid kernel header path...
The path "" is not valid.
Would you like to change it? [yes]

What is the location of the directory of C header files that match your running
kernel? /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/kernel-2.4.18/linux

The path "/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/kernel-2.4.18/linux" is not valid.

Maybe it's looking for a symlink from /usr/src/linux to the proper directory???
