Using VLC, Xine, XMMS, you name it.

If they're not in the RHEL repositories check their maintainers sites for info about rpm packages or check out alternative repo's like the excellent http://dag.wieers.com/packages/

Go to the DAG repository at http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/apt/FAQ.php and add this repository to your up2date sources. Instructions are available at the DAG site. This site works great for RHEL and CentOS.

You can then get everything you need there to download mplayer and/or xine/gxine. The last thing you will need are the codecs available from the mplayer site at http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/dload.html
