Help with dual touch screens

I have a system with two touch monitors. Everything seems to work fine (Red Hat 9, XFree86 v4.4.0) but I am having trouble with input focus.

My problem is that when I use a given screen and then touch the other screen, input focus shifts to the new screen, but the application does not register a touch. All touches on that screen are registered just fine after this initial touch.

Does anyone know how to turn off this feature?

Take care,
KJohn

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
