GLIBC_2.3.2 not found while installing MySQL Cluster on Redhat Limux

Hello Friends.

I am installing MySQL5.0 Cluster on RedHat Linux(Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-110).
While configuring management server. I am getting following error. Can you please help me how to solve this.

Error:
ndb_mgmd: /lib/i686/libpthread.so.0: version `GLIBC_2.3.2' not found (required by ndb_mgmd)
ndb_mgmd: /lib/i686/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.3' not found (required by ndb_mgmd)

My Server Linux verions is :
Linux version 2.4.18-3 (bhcompile@daffy.perf.redhat.com) (gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-110)) #1 Thu Apr 18 07:37:53 EDT 2002

Consider upgrading your Linux, Red Hat Linux 7.3 is not supported by Red Hat anymore. It still is supported by some third parties, but support is slowly going away. As a suggestion try CentOS; http://www.centos.org/

If you plan on staying with RHL7.3 then you need to download the sources for glibc-2.3.2 (and the required dependencies) and build your own.
