enable vista to telnet RHEL4

I enable the telnet of Window Vista, I open the telnet on RHEL4,
How can I control my RHEL4 using the telnet of Window Vista?

However, a better and more secure solution is to download Cygwin (http://www.cygwin.com/) and use ssh from there. When I need to control my Linux machines while using Windows, this is what I use.

Another solution that is better than using telnet is putty (http://www.putty.org/) which allows you to ssh and redirect X if necessary--requires an X client for Windows (http://www.straightrunning.com/XmingNotes/).

Please don't use telnet if either of these boxes are outside your firewall or in your DMZ, telnet displays username/passwds in cleartext and is a security issue.

Use SSH only!!!!
