Thumbs down wats the use of ucdrom.h

I'm doing a project on CD writing software.

I found some example projects. All these are using a header file

<linux/ucdrom.h>. I'm wondering wats the use of this header.

Unfortunately I was not able to find this file in my version of Linux.

From where can I get this?

not sure on what this gets you, but it looks to be a part of the kernel sources... i found include/linux/cdrom.h in 2.6.x
