those country, city list....

hello guys,

i have to add one of those countries - cities lists for a registration page and i don't know if i'm supposed to write down all the countries and cities myself (i guess not).

so i was hoping anyone could tell me where to find one of those or perhaps send me one of their own.....(??).

For countries, I'd use the iso one :

Or more tedious (world geography) :
http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/index.html

thank you, but i though that there would be one ready with the cities, do i have to insert all the register by hand?
