OK, thanks for the info.
I tried typing the command su and it did nothing. I cant get in to linux right now, it drops me to the shell or something, in the begining of the loading of ubuntu

didnt work with does commands. I dont think you guys understand, linux dropped me the the shell, dont realy know what it is but thoose commands doesnt work there.

Any ide´s?

What does it say if you type

xinit

to try and start a new x session?

when i try xinit it says "/bin/sh: /xinit: not found" :/
it says following like on the top of the page when it has loaded and i can type :
BusyBox v1.00-pre10 (Debian 20040623-1ubuntu22) built-in shell (ash)
:S
dont have a clue what it means

I solved the problem, i changed the IDE harddrive to a singel cable, it shared cable with the cd drive before.
