regarding sound problem


hi all
how to share the sound for two applications.
actually we are developing a freesoftphone for that i need to share the sound for
phone and for tv.
at present we are doing , if i receive a call i have to close the tv of my software and have to answer the call.
but i dont want like this.. i wanna do both at a time.. i ve to play tv and ve to receive call also.. for this i hav eto share the sound..
how can do this..

i dont know what the sound drivers am using now?
can you tell me how to know my sound drivers.
i tried this command but i dont know whether it is correct or wright.
