Question Programming Tutorials

Hi guys!

Does anyone know some good C programming tutorials/manuals for Linux which are also free? I googled for this stuff but all I’ve found were standard C tutorials. I’m interested in developing C applications in Linux (fork, pthread and stuff).

Also some tutorials for developing kernel modules would be great. And since I got started I’m interested also in some tutorials for Qt/GTK development and KDevelop tutorials - I’ve found some materials about this IDE, but I still can’t develop visual applications. Those forms really annoy me.

And one last thing (I promise it is the last one ): can anyone recommend me a good visual IDE for KDE or GNOME and also free, except of course KDevelop?

Thanks!

Check the LQ Bookmarks section - I believe there are a few links in there.

Thanx XavierP. That link solves the C programming issue.

So now are left the Qt/GTK and a good free IDE for developing visual applications (or some good manuals for KDevelop).
