programming


I want to start programming on red hat 9.0. but i dont know any programs on red hat 9.0. were can i began? i head of C++ and Emac but i seen them on Sourceforge but the have many different type of them. can someone point out one good 4 me or someting i can learn man make some programs with .

What exactly are you looking for, programs, C++ compiler, emacs? Do you have any prior expiernce with programming. There are some beginning documents here. I would also recommend python if you are just getting started with programming, its pretty straight-foward and there are a ton of documents on their site.
