PHP Framework. Which one to choose?

Hi,

I will be starting a big project for my local blockbuster in a few weeks. As I need great performance and rapid developpment I was thinking in using a Php framework with Postgres and MySql support. Iºm fed up in using emacs and type all the code.
Iºve google arround but I would like to hear from experienced users their reasons to use a particular Framework.
Thanks in advanced,
Regards,
F.
