Reason: Removed site link
How is your current web site built? Is it using static XHTML, or a static builder like Jekyll or Hugo, or something messy yet expandable like Wordpress or Drupal?
If it is static, then you can write something in perl to process the other sites' RSS and Atom feeds and either make a separate web page or insert material between two markers on an existing page. If it is something like Drupal, then there should be a plug-in that you can add that will do the same thing.
trying to be constructive:
i think you should first look if the site itself provides this - called a 'feed' - usually RSS or Atom, afaik.
then, we'd really need more info about how exactly you want to implement what.
