Lost privileges in mysql, after changes

Previously, I have some users in my mysql via phpmyadmin. I am able to add, update, etc. After applying some changes, I can login as a '@'localhost (anonymous user). There are 2 dbs. From the information_schema, '@'localhost has none of privileges.

I am the subuser of mac tiger, but I am granted with unix permissions. So I can do Sudo... any hint?
