Lightbulb Linux Python Developer wanted for MATE Desktop Environment

I am looking for someone to help with Python development in Linux and the MATE DE. I want to create an enterprise class desktop system based on Debian and MATE and that starts with some interface work. It will start off strictly as volunteer but if it actually takes off who knows.

I have a lot ideas but I want to get the basics first. This is about, both interfacing and appearance to begin. Then we will work on stability and security. Improvements to control center modules included.

If you are interested please contact me here and I will happily discuss what I have in mind.

And if you are interested in hiring someone, it would lend to your credibility if you read the LQ Rules about advertising, and actually contacted the moderators/Jeremy, to have a listing put (along with the SALARY you're going to pay), into the LQ Job Marketplace. Otherwise...this is just spam.

Github is good for projects that you want to start and have people volunteer code on. If its interesting, you will garner a following quickly.

I already don't like your project.

One more bit of advice.

You can go to a freelancer site to hire people to do projects.
