Is this possible with Apache mod_write/proxy?

Hi:

Suppose I have a bunch of web servers running on my internal network:

10.0.0.10:23322 for some monitoring service
10.0.0.10:8765 for jDownloader
10.0.0.10:8080 for tomcat
https://10.0.0.10:10000 for webmin

10.0.0.11:23322 for some other monitoring service
10.0.0.11:8765 for jDownloader
10.0.0.11:8080 for tomcat

etc...

and I have a dyndns account, I was wondering:

How can I do this?

http://mymachine.dyndns.org/folder1/ -> maps to 10.0.0.10:23322
http://mymachine.dyndns.org/folder2/ -> maps to 10.0.0.10:8765

etc...

Thanks
B
