global variables in php


Hi!

I have compiled apache and php from source, and my problem is that my
php scripts only works if I have enabled "register globals" in php.ini.

Like when I make a simple html form, the variables generated from a <input> tag does not work, unless I have global variables enabled.

I know i did'nt have to do that before, but since I upgraded to a newer versions of php I have had that problem.

Any ideas ?
