Unhappy Gathering computer system (linux )information in C


hi
how to access linux system information in C program. System information includes processor , harddisk size, used & free space. etc.

hi there,

i don't know a lot about C, but i would suggest that you can use something like fget() or fread() in the following file:
Code:
/proc/cpuinfo
then get the output of the commands like
Code:
df
to get harddisk information.

and so on...

if your question concern some C builtin library that has all of these things already implemented, ignore my answer.
