cross-compiling windows console apps on linux

Is there an easy way to cross compile my Linux C code to run as a Win32 console application? It needs to link to libtiff and libfftw3. I'd like to link it statically so I can just put it on a Windows machine and have it run. There is no GUI part, so I 'm hoping this means I can avoid doing something complicated with setting up a complete cross-compiler.

devcpp might be helpful. You might also try compiling it under cygwin. Of course any file or directory I/O will need to be modified to make the appropriate windows calls and handle the windows directory structure.

Good luck.
