Question Cross compiling - Windows Xp -> Linux

Would some kind person please direct me to a web page that will provide instructions for setting up gcc on a Windows XP box for cross-compiling to a Linux box.

Thank you.

I don't think a windows -> linux compiler exists. I know there is a windows cross-compiler for linux, but I don't think it exists the other way around.

Perhaps it would be easiest to get some slow box on LAN and set it up as a telnet/ssh server and run gcc from that?
