[REQUEST] C prog || SERIAL PORT reading

hi,

i want a simple SERIAL PORT PROGRAM written in C that continuosly polls /dev/ttyS0 (or even send a interrupt and calls a particular C program say XYZ.c when some new data arrives and i should be able to know the data that is received )

can anyone help me in writing this program.

i am sorry if i sounded rude. i didnt mean to. i have actually gone throught the terminos.h and was kinda of confused with all the structures and stuff. i thought if any body has already written a program i could get the code.
