**ERROR: [mplex] Unable to open file shrinked.m2v for reading

sys is 1.7ghz, 512m ram,
MDK 10.2

[don@localhost ~]$ mplex -f 8 -o final.mpg shrinked.m2v audio.ac3
INFO: [mplex] mplex version 1.6.2 (2.2.3 $Date: 2004/01/13 20:45:26 $)
**ERROR: [mplex] Unable to open file shrinked.m2v for reading.
[don@localhost ~]$

Any ideas why this error keeps happening?
'usr' has permission to all files in the directory including execute.
Spelling is correct.
'shrinked.m2v' is there, it's 3.7g.

Try chmod +r shrinked.m2v, see if it works

Yes, chmod +r worked great.
Thank you.

I'm have a problem understanding the following:
[don@localhost don]$ growisofs -Z /dev/hdc -dvd-video output/
Executing 'mkisofs -dvd-video output/ | builtin_dd of=/dev/hdc obs=32k seek=0'
mkisofs: No such file or directory. Invalid node - output/
:-( write failed: Input/output error

Is this telling me there is no 'mksiofs' or 'output'?
