Unable to install CUPs

Hmmmm.... I've installed many, many distro's and tried Mandriva 2007.1 this evening; it won't install CUPS and displays the message "Error: Could not install the CUPS printing system". Same message after installation and going into System->Administration->Configure->Hardware->Set up the printer.

I've never had a distro do this before and need help on this.

Try the following,

Go to easyurpmi and setup the various main, contrib, updates and plf repos for your version of Mandriva 2007.1
After that do
Code:
```
#urpmi cups cups-common cups-drivers
```
