Question Restarting an Install?

I just installed Mandrake 9.1 but I had a problem with CD#3 and I canceled out. How can I restart/install the apps that are on CD#3? Is there an Add/Remove feature like in Windows?

assuming that you can actually boot the machine there is a way. From Xwin (using KDE or Gnome) go to the start menu, configure, package management. I hope I remember that correctlly. (not sitting in front of a mandrake machine)

Unfortunately, from where it sounds like you cancelled the install, you may have to go through it again just to get it to boot correctly.

I guess I should have mention that; I can boot just fine and most apps are working fine, just the odd time it cannot find certain files.

Thanks.

It might work if you do an 'upgrade' rather than a fresh install. If you start the installation and it detects an already installed version of mandrake, it will ask you if you want to upgrade or do a new install.
If you can, I would first check if CD3 is ok - i.e. check the md5sum checksum of the iso and maybe burn another one at a slower speed than the default.
